Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days

If the order qualifies for free local delivery, it may be delivered on weekends or holidays. If this is the case, you will be contacted by a store representative before the order is dispatched.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes:
Ellinika Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Ellinika Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are accepted with the following conditions:

Requesting a cancellation:

Buyers have the opportunity to cancel item(s) before the order has been dispatched. If you would like to cancel an item, please contact the store directly.

Requesting an exchange(s):

To request an exchange, the buyer must contact the store for confirmation. Buyers are responsible for the cost to return the previously purchased items and ship the new items. If the returned item is not in its original condition or it is damaged, the buyer will not be granted the exchange.

Returning an item(s):

To request a return, the buyer must contact the store for confirmation before sending the item back. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is damaged or is not in its original condition, the buyer will not receive the refund.

Exclusions:

Items that fall under the categories below, will not be accepted for an exchange or return: 

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Clearance/Sale items
Conditions of return:
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will not be entitled to the refund or exchange.
